Junior Town Planner with Reserved Matters Path

Cobalt Consulting (UK) Ltd in Reading is seeking a junior Town Planner with around 12-18 months of planning experience to develop their expertise and take on greater project responsibility.

You will support Reserved Matters applications, review outline permissions and planning requirements, coordinate with clients, architects and technical consultants, and help prepare planning statements to progress applications through to determination while working towards MRTPI.
