About the job
As Talent Acquisition Partner for ALTEN Belgium, you will play a key role within the organization. You will will be the first point of contact for our future consultants, making you a true
ambassador for ALTEN from the very first seconds (I hear they are the most important ones ).
In your quest for the best talent, you will be requested to carry out the following tasks:
- Follow-up on the recruitment process;
- Write and post job descriptions;
- Take care of applications;
- Actively seek out top talent via various channels;
- Conduct pre-qualification interviews;
- Proactively make recommendations to optimize recruitment strategy;
- Participate in recruitment events (Jobfairs, school meetings, etc.).
Your profile
The requirements we expect are as follows:
- You have a Bachelors or Masters degree in Business, Human Resources or related fields (a first experience in HR or recruitment is a plus);
- You have an advanced level of written and spoken English,French and Dutch (one native / the other min B1/B2);
- You are a good communicator and enjoy working in a team;
- You are not afraid of challenges and you are very persistent;
- You know how to manage your priorities and identify bottlenecks;
- You have a good analytical mind and know how to take initiative.
