Location: NW1 4LE Rate of Pay: £37,500 per annum Working Pattern: Predominately Monday - Friday 40 hours per week, 7am - 3:30pm ,occasional weekend and evening shifts depending on events, Site closed over Christmas and New Years Key Responsibilities: To invent and create menus that are in line with client and customer needs To produce food in a timely fashion to ensure smooth service to the customers To enjoy the food you produce and ensure they are 'picture perfect' every time To assist in developing and producing new service styles and food concepts To communicate with the relevant parties requirements for planned menus andorder necessary ingredients Working in a team of 6, 1 HC, 1 Sous Chef, 1 Junior Sous, 2 CDP and 1 Breakfast Chef Our ideal candidate will have contract catering experience.
