In this role, you'll work towards your Level 3 Software Developer qualification, delivered by our expert training team at Baltic Apprenticeships.
A Typical Day in the Job:- Complete internal training course over 12 months to aid continuous professional development.
- Handle inbound/outbound calls to liaise with clients and third parties, fostering a proactive approach to resolving queries.
- Use analytical problem solving skills to diagnose issues, implement fixes, and deliver resolutions via the Helpdesk.
- Respond to requests based on priority, adhering to Service Level Agreements.
- Manage time and workload resourcefully, understanding the impact of your work in the business.
- Work efficiently across two teams, supporting Techedia's client base with case management support queries and contributing to middleware solutions.
Full training and support will be provided by your workplace mentor and the Baltic team.
Salary, Hours & Benefits:- £15,000 per annum.
- Monday to Friday, core hours 8am-6pm.
- 20 days annual leave plus Bank Holidays.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Knowledge of Object-Oriented Programming, Source control (GitHub), project management tools (Azure, DevOps, Trello, ), and relational databases is beneficial.
