- Carrying out routine servicing, maintenance, and health checks across ICE, Hybrid, and fully Electric vehicles.
- Learning high-voltage safety procedures, battery health checks, and EV system maintenance under manufacturer guidelines.
- Supporting Senior Technicians with core mechanical repairs, including brakes, suspension setups, timing belts/chains, and clutches.
- Utilizing modern diagnostic tools to locate, trace, and repair electrical and mechanical faults.
- Maintaining accurate job cards and collaborating smoothly with service advisors and workshop controllers.
- NVQ Level 2 or Level 3 / City & Guilds in Light Vehicle Maintenance & Repair (or time-served equivalent).
- Hands-on mechanical experience in a dealership, fast-fit center, or independent garage.
- Interest or basic qualifications in EV/Hybrid systems (Level 2/3 IMI EV qualifications are a plus, but full training is provided).
- Strong mechanical aptitude, logical diagnostic approach, and pride in clean workmanship.
- Must hold a full UK driving licence.
