Salary: Up to £35,000 strong basic salary (Realistic £40,000 OTE with bonuses)

Hours: Monday - Friday + Relaxed 1-in-4 Saturday morning rota

- Diagnostics & Software: Troubleshooting mechanical and electrical faults using up-to-date dealer diagnostic tools, warranty work, and software updates.
- MOT Testing: Conducting MOT inspections to compliance standards (or completing funded training to gain your smart card).
- Workshop Standards: Collaborating with a supportive service team while maintaining a clean, safe, and efficient bay.
- NVQ Level 3 / City & Guilds qualification in Light Vehicle Maintenance and Repair (or equivalent portfolio).
- Proven hands-on workshop or independent garage experience with a positive attitude and willingness to learn multi-brand platforms.
- Existing MOT smart card is a plus (though training is fully provided).
- A full UK driving licence.
