Junior Sales Representative

We are currently seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Junior Sales Representative to join a growing business based in Galway City/Athenry. This is a full-time, permanent opportunity offering excellent exposure across two dynamic sectors: marketing and online fashion retail.

The successful candidate will have the unique opportunity to work directly with the owner of both businesses, gaining valuable hands-on experience and insight into sales strategy, business development, and operations.

Start Date: Start of May 2026

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the development and execution of sales and marketing strategies across both businesses
  
• Build and maintain strong client and customer relationships
  
• Identify new business opportunities and contribute to revenue growth
  
• Assist with marketing initiatives, particularly within the online fashion sector
  
• Work closely with the business owner and gain exposure to day-to-day operations
  
• Learn and utilise internal systems with full training provided
  

Requirements:

• 1-3 years' experience in sales and/or marketing
  
• Full driver's licence and access to own transport
  
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  
• A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and develop
