Job Description
Are you excited to shape creators' and esports players' careers by building meaningful brand partnerships across gaming, esports, tech, lifestyle, and consumer brands? Do you have a passion for representing talent commercially and driving outbound sales through brand and agency relationships? Are you ready to pitch creators/players, negotiate high-value deals, and expand their commercial footprint across the EU? If so, you could be a perfect fit for the Talent Strategist, EU role we currently have available at Team Liquid. As the Talent Strategist , you'll oversee the commercial representation of Team Liquid's creators and esports players, managing brand partnerships end-to-end-from prospecting and pitching to negotiation and campaign delivery. You'll work closely with internal teams to create opportunities that align with Team Liquid's goals and deliver measurable commercial outcomes. In addition to managing outbound sales for talent, you'll ensure campaigns meet key performance indicators (KPIs) for revenue, audience growth, and engagement. Commercial Partnerships & Outbound Sales Work with internal teams to prospect, pitch, and close brand partnerships that drive commercial growth for TL talent. Own outbound sales: build a pipeline, identify opportunities, pitch talent, negotiate deals, and grow net-new EU/NL partnerships. Oversee Influencer Sales Development by securing new partnerships with talent and brands that generate revenue. Manage talent relationships and develop long-term commercial strategy for assigned creators/players. Ensure all opportunities align with Team Liquid's brand values, performance goals, and talent growth plans. Contract Negotiations Coordinate brand and agency contract negotiations on behalf of talent, ensuring terms guide long-term commercial success. Oversee contract negotiations with influencers, securing arrangements that benefit both talent and Team Liquid. Team Guidance & Cross-Functional Coordination Offer day-to-day guidance to junior team members supporting talent operations, ensuring alignment on deliverables and expectations. Improve sales processes, prospecting frameworks, and commercial playbooks to scale outbound success. 5+ years representing creators, influencers, or esports players-pitching them, managing their commercial opportunities, and closing deals. Strong outbound sales background with a track record of building a revenue pipeline and closing brand deals. Excellent communication skills with the ability to work across teams.
