Job Description

Handle Recruitment are proud to be partnering with a fast-scaling SaaS company looking for a driven, target-smashing Junior Sales Executive ready to step up and lead in the future.


The role:

We're looking for a developing salesperson eager to close deals and make money whilst providing top service to your clients. You'll start by mastering the product and process!

This is a unique opportunity to join a founder-led business with huge momentum-right at a key moment of growth.


Pay: £30,000 - £35,000 based on experience OTE £75K to £80K + Uncapped Commission

Fully remote Occasional travel to Surrey office and travel to clients required

Who You Are

What You'll Do

  • Deliver engaging demos to dental and cosmetic clinics, showcasing the platform's impact
  • Manage the full sales cycle: follow-ups, objections, closing, onboarding
  • Refine messaging and sales tactics as you go
  • Build strong relationships with prospects and partners
  • Learn the full journey with leadership support


What You Bring

  • 2+ years in sales or business development
  • A mindset focused on growth, systems, and leadership
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Proven success in demos, objection handling, and closing
  • Experience in dental, SaaS, or aesthetics is a plus (but not required)


What We Offer

  • £30,000-£35,000 base salary
  • Uncapped commission (realistic Year 1 earnings: £75,000+)
