Run a smooth, high-impact candidate and client experience from first contact to placement
Negotiate offers and close deals
Hit and exceed targets while managing your own pipeline
Contribute directly to the growth of a thriving, ambitious company
2+ years of professional experience in Travel, Tourism, Hospitality, or Customer Facing Sales (we'll teach you the recruitment specifics!)
A proactive, go getter mindset with a strong drive to learn and succeed
Outstanding communication skills and confidence building rapport with stakeholders at all levels
Results driven attitude, high resilience, and a passion for hitting targets
