What You'll Do

• Drive and deliver the recruitment process to our partnered clients
• Build strong relationships with clients across the Irish market and beyond
• Source standout talent across the IT market
• Run a smooth, high-impact delivery process for our clients
• Negotiate and close deals
• Hit and exceed KPIs and recruitment targets
• Contribute to the growth of a thriving, ambitious company

What We're Looking For

• 2 years of professional experience (in any field - we'll teach you recruitment)
• A proactive, go-getter mindset with a thirst to learn
• Strong communication skills and confidence in engaging with people

Total Compensation (Base, Bonus & Commission)

Year 1: €47,000+, Year 2: €75,000+, Year 3: €100,000+
