Recruitment Consultancy Bishop's Stortford, Hertfordshire £26,440 - £28,000 per annum Permanent

We are seeking a motivated and ambitious Junior Recruitment Associate to join our dynamic team of six in Bishop's Stortford. As a Junior Recruitment Associate, you will play a key role in supporting the recruitment process, building and maintaining relationships with candidates and clients, and engaging in business development activities while completing the recruiter development programme apprenticeship course.

You will be on the job learning while gaining a Level 3 Certificate in Principles of Recruitment Practice and a Level 3 NVQ Diploma in Recruitment. You will have access to all our company benefits and rewards and full support from your manager and apprenticeship manager.

Responsibilities
  • Client and Candidate Relationship Building & Management
  • Candidate Sourcing, Screening, Interviewing and Offer Management
  • Business Development Activity
  • Delivering excellent sales results
  • Learning how to balance sales and negotiation in recruitment; refine your sales pitch and negotiation skills specifically tailored for recruitment, balancing client needs with business objectives
  • Gaining a clear understanding of recruitment legislation and compliance to safeguard your practices and protect HRGO Recruitment
  • Learn about and explore how to leverage social platforms for strategic resourcing, tapping into digital networks to find and attract the right candidates
  • Develop an understanding of how to drive business development activity to consistently grow and future prove margins across Temp and Perm revenues with an emphasis on branch based local A Z business
  • Identify prospective clients, converting prospects into actual business before filling bookings as required and servicing clients as necessary, growing your desk in line with targets set by your Line Manager

Entry Requirements
  • Commit to completing the full apprenticeship length (18 months plus 3 months of EPA)
  • Demonstrate the ability to develop your skills for a minimum of 6 hours a week throughout the Earning & Learning Talent programme
  • Commit to a fixed term contract for the duration of the apprenticeship programme
