Junior Property Manager

We are an established Dublin IT recruitment agency looking for an ambitious professional from the property sector to transition into a career as a Recruitment Consultant.

• Relationship Management: In property, you balance landlords/OMCs (the clients) and tenants (the candidates). You already know how to manage expectations, have difficult conversations, and keep both sides of a deal moving forward.
• Resilience: Dealing with property maintenance emergencies and tenant complaints means you are highly resilient, immune to panic, and exceptionally strong at conflict resolution.
• Organisation: Juggling viewings, block inspections, and contractor schedules requires elite time management- the exact skill needed to manage a busy recruitment pipeline.

• Uncapped Earning Potential: Your target-smashing performance is directly rewarded. Expect an average total compensation of €47k+ in Year 1, €75k+ in Year 2, and €100k+ by Year 3.

The Earnings:

• Average Year 1: €47,000 Year 2: €75,000 Year 3: €100,000+
