Your duties:

As a Junior Product Manager you are reporting to the Marketing Manager Belgium and you will contribute to the development of the indulgent brands within our Belgian portfolio:

• Analysis of the brand performance, market evolutions and competitors.
• Brand visibility programs, POS activations and promo tools development & budget.
• Marketing and promotion plan to achieve business plan commitments and growth objectives.
• Innovation & renovation development, externally (agency, supplier) and internally (R&D, logistics, finance). Including packaging management, coordination of the development and evolution of packaging in collaboration with the R&D, design, and regulatory teams.
• Optimization of brand websites and web activation platforms.
• Competitive intelligence: Regular competitive monitoring to identify market trends, innovations, and movements of competing brands.

Your profile:

• Master in Marketing or Communication. A first experience in Product/Brand Management within the FMCG food & beverage industry in a B2C environment is a real plus.
• French or Dutch-speaking, bilingual FR/NL with a good command of English.
• Dynamic and decisive, as well as highly collaborative, with ability to work within multiple cross-functional teams and in changing environment with a positive mentality, and able to lead a project.
• Analytical, with a critical view and able to interpret data.
• Creative, curious and able to think out of the box.
