The RoleWe're looking for a proactive and curious Junior Product Manager to support the delivery of new features, platform improvements, and maintain product quality. You'll work closely with engineering, client-facing teams, and stakeholders to translate user needs into practical solutions. You'll report directly to the Senior Product Manager and play a key role in shaping how our platform evolves.
This is a hands-on, cross-functional role ideal for someone early in their product career who's eager to learn and grow in a supportive, high-impact environment. This is a hybrid role, with two days a week in our London office - Tuesdays are mandatory.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with engineering and client-facing teams to deliver product improvements
- Maintain and update Jira tickets and product requirements documentation
- Support sprint planning, testing, and validating new features and fixes
- Conduct user research and competitor analysis to support product decisions
- Maintain internal product documentation, user guides, and release notes
- Build basic wireframes or mockups to communicate product flows or changes
- Champion the voice of the user in product discussions and decisions
Essential:
- 6 months to 1 year experience in a product-related role (or strong adjacent experience in tech or operations)
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Experience maintaining Jira boards (or similar tools) and keeping product requirements up to date
- Clear communicator - both written and verbal - with strong stakeholder skills
- A problem-solving mindset and an interest in building great user experiences
- Knowledge of Agile, Lean, or Jobs-to-Be-Done product frameworks
- Comfortable using or quickly learning tools such as Jira, Google Workspace, and similar platforms
- Basic competence with data (e.g. pivot tables, Google Sheets) and a strong willingness to learn and develop these skills further.
Nice to Have:
- Experience in a SaaS or fintech environment
- Basic technical understanding or experience working directly with engineers
- Knowledge of R&D tax credits
- Familiarity with SQL, Big Query or other BI tools
