Job Description

We're looking for a Junior Producer with a passion for content and creativity to join the team at St

Marks. You'll support the planning and delivery of content across a wide range of formats - from

campaign films and social edits to digital assets and live event visuals - as part of integrated brand

experience projects.

This is a hands-on, fast-paced role that will see you collaborating with creative teams, editors,

designers, animators and production partners. You'll be part organiser, part problem-solver - keeping

timelines tight, comms clear, and content moving.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Supporting Senior and Executive Producers across content-heavy projects - from early planning to final delivery
  • Helping scope content requirements from creative and client briefs
  • Booking and liaising with editors, animators, production crew and post-production partners
  • Managing timelines, production schedules, and asset trackers across multiple projects
  • Assisting with content shoot prep - including crew sourcing, call sheets, location logistics, and usage rights
  • Tracking POs, usage licences, and music or talent clearances
  • Supporting internal reviews, QC processes, and file deliveries
  • Getting stuck into content production on live brand experiences, launches, stunts and activations
  • Working closely with project, creative and client teams to keep content aligned, on-brand and on-time

What We're Looking For:

  • Around 2-3 years of production experience, ideally with exposure to content, digital or live environments
  • A good grasp of content workflows - from shoot through to post
  • Experience working with freelancers and suppliers - and confidence managing the moving parts
  • Excellent organisation skills and attention to detail• A natural communicator who's comfortable juggling timelines, feedback rounds and production logistics
  • Proactive, positive and calm under pressure - a safe pair of hands who gets things done
  • A passion for content, culture and creativity - and curiosity about how things are made
