The RoleAs a Junior Legal Administrator, you will provide essential administrative support to legal professionals, ensuring the smooth running of day-to-day operations. This is a varied role where no two days are the same.
Key Responsibilities- Assisting with the preparation and formatting of legal documents
- Managing and maintaining client files (both digital and physical)
- Handling incoming calls, emails, and correspondence professionally
- Scheduling meetings and managing diaries
- Supporting with compliance and documentation processes
- General administrative duties to support the wider team
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel)
- A proactive and positive attitude with a willingness to learn
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively
- Previous administrative experience is desirable but not essential
