The Role

As a Junior Legal Administrator, you will provide essential administrative support to legal professionals, ensuring the smooth running of day-to-day operations. This is a varied role where no two days are the same.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assisting with the preparation and formatting of legal documents
  • Managing and maintaining client files (both digital and physical)
  • Handling incoming calls, emails, and correspondence professionally
  • Scheduling meetings and managing diaries
  • Supporting with compliance and documentation processes
  • General administrative duties to support the wider team
About You
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel)
  • A proactive and positive attitude with a willingness to learn
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively
  • Previous administrative experience is desirable but not essential
