Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Junior IT Manager, located in Badalona, with some flexibility for remote work. The Junior IT Manager will play a key role in managing and optimizing the company's IT infrastructure. Core responsibilities include maintaining cloud services hosted on Microsoft Azure, supporting Office 365 environments, and ensuring robust network and endpoint security via Unifi systems.
You will also assist in the deployment and configuration of Windows 365 virtual environments, manage user access and security protocols, and contribute to the integration and support of Azure AI services where applicable.
In addition to infrastructure duties, you will work closely with our team of highly skilled software developers using Visual Studio and related tools-providing support with version control, environment setup, and deployment pipelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and support Microsoft Azure infrastructure and services
- Administer and optimize Office 365 environment (Exchange, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive)
- Assist with Azure AI integrations and service configurations
- Set up and maintain Windows 365 cloud PCs and virtual environments
- Monitor and troubleshoot network performance using Unifi systems
- Provide technical support for developers using Visual Studio and Azure DevOps
- Participate in enforcing cybersecurity best practices and compliance standards
- Support daily IT operations including hardware, software, and user access control
- Help implement and maintain IT policies, documentation, and automation scripts
Qualifications
- Experience with Microsoft Azure cloud services (VMs, Networking, Identity, AI services)
- Solid understanding of Office 365 administration and security
- Familiarity with Azure AI tools and use cases is a plus
- Experience configuring and managing Windows 365 virtual desktops
- Competence in network monitoring and security using Unifi or similar systems
- Ability to support development teams working in Visual Studio and Azure DevOps
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and organizational skills
- Effective communication and interpersonal abilities
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- 1-3 years of relevant experience in IT infrastructure or systems administration preferred
