Contract: Junior IT LAB Administrator
Start: ASAP (on completion of background checks)
Location: Onsite in Almere, Netherlands
Duration: 12 month contract
Rate/Pay: €25-30 per hour gross (engaged on a fixed term employed basis)

We're looking for a motivated Junior IT Laboratory Administrator to join a technical team supporting enterprise networking and cybersecurity solutions working on site in Almere in the Netherlands (Mon-Fri).
This is a great opportunity for a junior IT professional looking to develop their networking skills and gain hands-on experience in a lab environment using enterprise security technology.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and troubleshoot physical and virtual lab infrastructure.
• Configure hardware, software and network devices. Rack, Stack and Patch equipment.
• Support Proof of Value (POV) environments and technical testing.
• Manage lab equipment, inventory and documentation.
• Collaborate with engineering, IT and technical support teams.

Requirements:

• 1-2 years' experience in IT support, networking or systems administration.
• Fluent in English (ideally with Dutch and or Japanese)
• Basic first-line troubleshooting of network issues and escalate when needed.
• Strong communication, organisation and problem-solving skills.
• CCNA, Scripting or lab experience is an advantage.
• Flexibility for occasional weekend or evening work.
• Able to lift equipment weighing 15-25kg
