Junior IT Administrator

We're working with a high-performance sports engineering organisation seeking a hands on Junior IT Engineer. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a fast-moving, engineering led environment where technology underpins operations both on and off the water.

Reporting to the Head of Group IT, you'll play a key role in keeping critical systems running smoothly across the UK and international sites.

• Deliver 1st line end user support across Windows and Microsoft 365 (Teams, SharePoint, Office apps).
• Administer Entra ID (Azure AD) identities, groups, and conditional access.
• Onboard new starters: laptop builds, app deployment, and access setup.
• Maintain audio visual equipment and meeting rooms.
• End user device support covering Windows, Linux and Mac operating systems
• Handle basic networking tasks (patching, VLANs, WiFi, switch/router basics).
• Manage peripheral devices and printers: setup, drivers, consumables, and vendor calls.
• Raise incidents, track changes, keep documentation current, and assist day to day BAU rhythm.
