SystemsAccountants are partnering with a leading global consulting firm as they expand their internal data analytics capability. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated Junior Insights Analyst to develop their career in data analytics, working with senior stakeholders and driving actionable insights across the business.

• Build and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports to deliver clear, actionable insights.
• Partner with stakeholders across Finance, Operations, and Consulting teams to understand reporting requirements.
• Support the development of the company's internal data and analytics strategy.
• Provide analysis on key business metrics to inform decision-making.
• Collaborate with senior analysts and managers to drive process improvements and best practices in data reporting.

• Strong working knowledge of Power BI (dashboards, data modelling, DAX).
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to business partner and explain technical insights to non-technical stakeholders.
• Good understanding of data analysis principles, ideally with some SQL or Excel experience.
• 1-2 years' experience in a data/insights role (internship, graduate scheme, or first role).
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to develop within a global business.
