Junior HR Business Partner £35,000 Torquay Permanent, Full or Part Time
Well Placed HR is delighted to be partnering with a respected and values-led charity to recruit an experienced HR Business Partner.
This is an exciting opportunity for a people-focused HR Business Partner to join an organisation where wellbeing, collaboration and positive workplace culture are genuinely prioritised. Working closely with managers across the organisation, you'll play a key role in delivering expert people support, building management capability and helping to create an outstanding employee experience.

We're looking for an experienced HR Business Partner who can build strong relationships, influence managers and provide pragmatic solutions to people challenges.
The Role:- Providing expert guidance on employee relations matters and employment legislation
- Coaching and supporting managers to effectively lead and develop their teams
- Supporting workforce planning, role design and organisational change initiatives
- Leading recruitment activity to attract and retain high-calibre employees
- Supporting employee wellbeing, engagement and development initiatives
- Analysing people data to identify trends and inform decision making
- Delivering training and guidance on people management best practice
- Contributing to the development of HR processes, frameworks and management capability
- Promoting a positive, inclusive and values led culture across the organisation
- Previous experience in an HR Business Partner, HR Advisor or Senior HR Advisor role
- Strong employee relations experience and up to date employment law knowledge
- Experience coaching and supporting managers through complex people matters
- Excellent communication and relationship building skills
- Strong analytical and problem solving abilities
- CIPD Level 5 qualification or equivalent experience
- Experience of restorative practice, volunteer based organisations or the charity sector would be advantageous.
This role comes with a level of flexibility with regards to experience, if you are an Advisor looking to make a step up towards a HRBP role, this could be the perfect opportunity to do so. If you are an HR Business Partner seeking a part time role, or a full time role but really keen to work within a charity this could also work well.
