Job Description
Junior Health and Safety Advisor - Cork/Tipperary 
Ayrton Group have a requirement for a Junior Health and Safety Advisor, working with our client who are a leading building technologies and energy solutions company.
This position will involve visiting various pharmaceutical sites within the Cork and Tipperary regions weekly.
This role offers an initial 6 month contract, with the possibility of extension. Vehicle included.
Key Responsibilities- Ensurecompliancewithallcurrentlegislation,includingcodesofpracticeandrelevantstandards.Assistinthemaintenanceofthecompanylegalregister.
- ReviewandimplementHealth&Safetymanagementprocedures.
- ReviewandimplementclientHealth&Safetystandards&procedures.
- ReviewandimplementConstructionHealthandSafetyPlans.
- Arrange,prepare,andcarryoutsiteinductions.
- UpdateandmaintainallrecordsassociatedwiththeHealth&Safetymanagementsystem.
- ReviewRiskAssessmentsandMethodStatementsasrequired.
- Review and comment on Subcontractor RAMS.
- ProvidemonthlyHSQEreport.
- Arrange,co-ordinate,andminutesiteHealthandSafetymeetingsandcaptureactionplans.
- Supporttheinvestigationofaccidentsanddangerousoccurrences,maintainingproperrecordsandcomplyingwithandreportingtorelevantbodies.
- RecognisedqualificationinHealthandSafety,orsimilar.
- 1+yearexperiencewithintheHealth&Safetyconstructionindustry.
- Excellentcommunication,problem-solving,andorganizationalskills.
- Abilitytoworkonowninitiativeandbeinnovative.
- Abilitytomanagemultipletasksandpriorities.
- YoumustbelegallypermittedtoliveandworkinIreland.
