To lead the front of house team, orchestrating a seamless restaurant operation while ensuring the highest standards of service are consistently delivered.

Role

As our Restaurant Manager, you are the heart of the floor. You aren't just managing shifts; you are a role model and mentor who anticipates guest needs before they even arise. You are the key link between our staff and the management team.

Responsibilities
  • Owning the Floor: Oversee the restaurant to ensure the team provides quick, efficient, and professional service at all times.
  • Building the Team: Identify training needs and actively coach staff to help them succeed.
  • Setting the Standard: Manage the setup and breakdown of the restaurant to ensure it always meets our high policies and standards.
  • Driving Growth: Lead the team to maximize sales through expert upselling and attentive service.
  • Solving Problems: Act as the first point of contact for guest feedback and resolve any issues with professional grace.
  • The Tech & Prep: Run pre service "huddles" to brief the team on specials and master the POS (Lightspeed) system.
Qualifications
  • The Expert: Thorough knowledge of menu offerings, including ingredients, preparation methods, and allergens.
  • The Leader: Foster a positive work environment through effective delegation and motivation.
  • The Pro: Experience in a high volume London environment and ability to manage station plans and service flow perfectly.
