The Role
You will manage the daily relationships with a portfolio of Deliveroo's most successful partners and support our rapidly scaling business in the North of Scotland. Your expertise in the Deliveroo platform will help grow these partners' sales and improve their daily operations, making them more efficient in working with customers and riders.
Using data to analyze performance patterns and creating insights for improvement will be key to your success. You will report to the Regional Manager and collaborate with the Scottish commercial team, as well as other functions like Marketing and Operations.
You will:
- Maintain and grow relationships with top Scottish restaurant partners through effective communication both face-to-face and remotely.
- Drive restaurant performance through data analysis and industry knowledge to maximize order volume and growth potential.
- Negotiate contracts and partnership terms.
- Liaise with rider operations teams to improve operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to launch campaigns that accelerate growth.
- Innovate, present, and manage growth initiatives in Scotland.
Requirements
- Experience in customer success, account management, or strategic partnerships.
- Ability to manage data and generate clear, actionable insights.
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
- Experience working in a dynamic, high-growth environment.
