Your TeamWe are the Marketing Team at FM104 & Dublin's Q102, responsible for building, protecting, and growing Dublin's leading radio brands, while delivering integrated marketing campaigns across the portfolio.
Your RoleReporting into the Head of Marketing, the Junior Brand Manager will support the delivery of the annual marketing strategy across FM104 (our flagship station) and Q102. This is a fast-paced role in a dynamic audio and digital entertainment environment, working closely with internal teams, agencies and commercial partners to deliver impactful campaigns.
Day to day you willConsumer marketing:
- Develop and execute consumer marketing campaigns to drive audience growth and engagement from ideation to execution.
- Leverage consumer insights, market research and industry trends to identify and capitalise on opportunities for brand promotion and expansion.
- Champion collaboration across all Marketing and key Creative teams to deliver an ambitious and innovative roadmap.
Campaign management:
- Manage the relationship with the creative and media agencies, ensuring clear briefs, timely feedback and alignment on all deliverables and timelines.
- Lead and coordinate projects from concept to launch across multiple campaigns simultaneously.
Partnerships and Commercial collaborations:
- Identify and develop strategic partnerships to enhance brand reach, audience engagement and drive revenue growth.
- Develop props and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
- Manage partnership agreements, leveraging synergies to create mutually beneficial marketing initiatives.
Digital strategy:
- Monitor and analyse marketing performance metrics, conversion rates, digital campaign performance and engagement KPIs.
- Use insights to optimise campaign performance and inform future planning.
Budget management:
- Support the Head of Marketing in managing marketing budgets across FM104 and Dublin's Q102.
- Track spend and ensure effective use of resources.
Brand activation, Events
- Coordinate station events, including concerts, competition finals, B2B activities, charity initiatives and partnerships.
- Oversee production of all promotional material and merchandise.
- Manage external communications for all stations events, press releases, awards and funding applications.
Stakeholder & Agency management
- Act as a key point of contact for internal stakeholders and external partners.
- Build and maintain strong working relationships across agencies, commercial teams, and broadcast departments to ensure seamless delivery of campaigns.
- Proven experience in a marketing role, with a track record of supporting or delivering campaigns end-to-end
- Strong experience in internal and external stakeholder management
- Excellent communication, presentation, and organisational skills
- Proactive, agile thinker who can respond quickly in a fast-moving environment
- Strong multitasking and project management skills
- Collaborative team player
- Experience working with fast-growing brands
