Junior Bid Manager

We are looking for a Junior Bid Manager with 0-3 years of experience to develop business in the Management Consulting Area to support the Commercial department in developing competitive bids (administrative, technical and financial documents).

Key Responsibilites:

• Participate and gradually lead the processfrom start to finish, bid/ no-bid decision,through the RFP stage, up to contract negotiation.
• Proof-reading and quality controlof the bid and contractual documents prior to signing off.
• Assist in negotiating contracts, making sure they align with the company's terms.
• Maintain and update the unit's CRM system.
• Monitor the market for new opportunities.
• Develop and maintain networkof collaborating companies and individuals.
• Preferred experience with international donor-funded projects and /or in a consulting firm.
• Salesforce.

Desirable skills:

• Proactively assistsin the sales process.
• Assures the fulfilment of all kinds of administrative requirements, Is responsible for the editing and formatting of related documents with the necessary quality.
• All under the supervision of their senior.
• Fluent in English and French. Additional languages will be positively evaluated.
