Position: Junior Account Manager (Remote, UK-based, preferably London area)

Job Responsibilities:
  1. Expand and strengthen our presence in the assigned territory.
  2. Maintain and develop relationships with partners (tour operators, travel agencies, OTAs) to enhance their performance.
  3. Collaborate with the sales team to identify and grow opportunities within the territory.
  4. Provide system training to existing and new partners.
  5. Represent the brand at industry events and through product presentations.
  6. Resolve incident issues and ensure partner support.
  7. Oversee transaction processes to ensure payment accuracy.
  8. Travel approximately 30% of the time for meetings, events, and client visits.
  9. Conduct market and competitive analysis.
  10. Provide regular reports via CRM and internal systems.
  11. Develop and maximize API partnerships.
Minimum Requirements:
  • At least 1 year of relevant experience in the travel industry.
  • Knowledge of the regional travel market and B2B networks.
  • Fluent English language skills.
  • Willingness to travel up to 30% of the time.
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making.
  • Proactive, ambitious, motivated, and results-oriented; comfortable with technology and fast-changing environments; team player.
  • International mindset with the ability to work across diverse cultural contexts.
