About the Role

This role will report to the Head of International Partnerships and work closely with, and support, the wider Partnerships' Team to deliver FoodCloud's strategic objectives internationally, particularly in the UK.

FoodCloud works with food businesses, charities and food banks in Ireland, the UK, across Europe and more widely internationally to redistribute more than 1.5million meals per week from over 6,000 food businesses to thousands of charities. This role and team are the front line in working directly with food businesses and food banks to deliver FoodCloud's technology led redistribution services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist the account management team to manage overall relationships with assigned customers to increase adoption, ensure retention and satisfaction with our service
  • Management of smaller strategic accounts within the partnerships team portfolio
  • Gain an understanding of customer aims and objectives and develop and implement processes to suit customer needs
  • When required, manage customer records through the FoodCloud Salesforce CRM
  • Play an active role in integrating Foodcloud into the partnerships' ways of working as this project develops in the future
  • Provide strategic input and reporting- based advice for project development and project management as required
  • Manage a suite of reports required for the business unit including performance tracking and trending for donors and foodbanking partners, weekly reporting updates and monthly partner presentations
  • Work with and support the Account Management team in constantly improving FoodCloud's service:
    • Identify new opportunities to improve the FoodCloud service and processes
    • Work with FoodCloud's in-house technology team to plan, develop, test and implement new features and improvements
  • Other duties as required per business needs to support the account management team

Desired Experience and Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a client facing role and / or relevant degree and education
  • Outstanding written, oral, interpersonal, and client-facing (both internal and external stakeholders) communication skills
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills
  • Must be data driven and metrics focused with excellent attention to detail
  • Able to manage multiple work streams simultaneously and to prioritise work tasks
  • Strong technical competencies including Google products, Salesforce & Microsoft Office
  • Flexible and willing to take on new responsibilities and learn new skills as the account management team responsibilities evolve
