The Payload:

• Solid Starting Salary: Up to £32,000 basic per year (fully tailored to your current experience).
• Monthly Bonus: Performance-based, realistic bonuses ranging from £400 to £1,000 per month.
• High Real Earnings: A very achievable, structured £42,000 OTE.
• Hours: Monday to Friday schedule with Saturdays on a fair, organized team rota.
• Elite Academy Training: All-expenses-paid access to the manufacturer training academy to take you all the way to Master/Diagnostic Technician status.
• MOT License Funding: We will fully fund and support you to gain your official DVSA MOT Testing License.

What We Need From You:

• Qualifications: Must be Level 3 qualified (NVQ, City & Guilds, or equivalent portfolio).

• Drive: An ambitious attitude and a genuine desire to become a Master or Diagnostic Technician.
• A full UK driving licence.
