OBJECTIVES OF THIS ROLE:

  • Configure and maintain the food cost software (recipes, ingredients, suppliers, prices).
  • Analyze operational workflows and translate them into structured digital processes.
  • Monitor food cost KPIs, support data-driven decisions, and identify optimization opportunities.
  • Provide training and ongoing support to internal teams to ensure effective tool usage.
  • Collaborate with Operations, Finance, and Procurement teams to ensure data accuracy and consistency.
  • Coordinate with external software providers for troubleshooting and system improvements.
  • Contribute to data collection and analysis to enhance performance visibility and control


SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS:

  • Previous experience in similar roles (Applications Specialist, Business Analyst, System Admin).
  • Strong knowledge of software systems, preferably in food cost management or restaurant operations.
  • Solid analytical skills and proficiency in Excel (Power BI is a plus).
  • Proactive, organized, and solution-oriented mindset.
  • Fluency in English is mandatory.
  • Previous experience in the restaurant or food retail industry is a strong plus.
