This role is ideal for in-house lawyers, legal consultants, or former law firm associates who enjoy partnering directly with founders, operators, and cross-functional teams to deliver clear, practical legal advice in dynamic environments.

Job Responsibilities:

• Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial agreements (MSAs, NDAs, SaaS contracts, vendor agreements)
• Advising on entity structuring, corporate governance, and board documentation
• Supporting fundraising rounds, cap table reviews, and investor due diligence
• Managing contract workflows and internal legal processes
• Advising on employment law, IP protection, and compliance best practices
• Coordinating with external counsel for specialized legal matters (e.g., international, M&A, data privacy)
• Assisting with regulatory filings and cross-border legal considerations
• Acting as a strategic partner on risk mitigation and legal frameworks for growth

Eligibility & Qualifications:

• Strong foundation in commercial, corporate, and contract law
• Clear, practical communication skills with non-legal stakeholders
• Experience supporting startups, scale-ups, or service-based businesses
• Ability to manage multiple clients or workstreams independently
• Familiarity with U.S., UK, or international business law is a plus
• Prior experience in a fractional, consulting, or solo legal practice is highly valued.
• Ability to set your own pricing
