Position Overview

The firm is looking to recruit a Senior Associate to join its team in Mumbai. This is a full-time, on-site role designed for a seasoned legal professional capable of managing high-stakes client representation, complex drafting, and multi-departmental coordination.

Eligibility Criteria

  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of Post-Qualification Experience (PQE).

  • Skills: Expert-level legal research, drafting, and review skills.

  • Competency: Proficiency in advisory work across multiple legal domains and the ability to handle independent client briefings.

  • Professionalism: Strong leadership qualities and the ability to coordinate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders.

Areas of Work / Key Responsibilities

  • Representation: Representing clients before courts, tribunals, and various government authorities.

  • Drafting & Review: Drafting and reviewing complex legal documents, pleadings, contracts, and opinions.

  • Advisory: Providing legal advice and strategy across diverse legal practice areas.

  • Coordination: Liaising with external stakeholders and managing internal team workflows to ensure timely case management.
