Position OverviewTPP is seeking an entry level Contract/Legal Assistant to support its Commercial Team. This role focuses on reviewing legal documents, assisting in contract management, and contributing to commercial operations. It is designed for fresh graduates, with no prior legal experience required and full training provided.
Roles and Responsibilities- Reviewing legal and commercial documents for accuracy and risk identification
- Suggesting alternative drafting or improvements in contractual language
- Assisting with bidding processes for new contracts
- Supporting execution and management of agreements
- Monitoring supplier obligations and service delivery standards
- Reviewing company policies and procedural documentation
- Ensuring documents remain updated and legally compliant
- Attending stakeholder meetings and assisting in coordination
- Predicted 2:1 or above at degree level
- Minimum AAB at A-level
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent written communication skills
- High level of organisation and analytical ability
- No prior legal experience required (training provided)
