Roles and Responsibilities 
- Managing the full 360-degree recruitment cycle
- Building and maintaining strong long-term relationships with clients
- Identifying and sourcing candidates within the HR or Technology sectors
- Understanding client hiring requirements and delivering suitable recruitment solutions
- Networking with professionals and acting as a trusted industry advisor
- Achieving recruitment targets and contributing to business growth
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a 360 Recruitment Consultant within a recruitment agency environment
- Proven success in building and maintaining client relationships
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes and client service delivery
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
