The firm specialises in legal operations, contract digitisation, and regulatory technology solutions, offering exposure to complex financial agreements and innovative legal workflows.

The firm is hiring a Paralegal on an initial 6-month fixed-term contract, with strong potential for extension. The role involves working closely with an investment banking client and supporting legal tech-driven contract management and onboarding processes.

• Supporting the codification and analysis of complex financial agreements, including:


• ISDA (International Swaps and Derivatives Association)


• GMRA (Global Master Repurchase Agreement)


• Managing the client lifecycle, including:


• Onboarding


• Project delivery


• Business-as-usual (BAU) processes


• Collaborating with clients to:


• Capture requirements


• Implement legal solutions


• Working as part of a team to ensure:


• Smooth workflow


• High-quality client experience


• Assisting in legal documentation review and contract management

• Minimum 1+ year experience as a Paralegal (especially in documentation review)


• Experience in:


• Legal operations


• Contract negotiation


• Legal onboarding (preferred)


• Exposure to capital markets contracts (ISDA, CSA, GMRA, GMSLA) is desirable


• Law degree preferred


• Strong:


• Communication skills
