For one of our clients, we are looking for a position based in Thailand, their future: Field Expert/Production Manager - DIALS - (M/F) Desired profile: technical background or solid experience in the field of dials. Very good knowledge in dials. Solid understanding of specific dial processes: machining, lacquering, electroplating Proven ability to solve problems in an industrial environment. Analytical mindset, rigor, autonomy, and a sense of teamwork. French, English (min. B2 / C1). Benefits: An amazing experience in very good conditions. Main responsibilities: Provide your expertise on all stages of dials. Analyze and resolve technical problems encountered in production. Participate in the definition, implementation, and advancement of processes. Contribute to the skill development of internal teams, sharing good practices, supporting projects, and the development of new products.
