Job OverviewWe are looking for a dynamic and dedicated Game Partnerships Manager to oversee and strengthen relationships with our publishers, developers, and partners, with a focus spanning across business development and account management. The ideal candidate will manage the execution of service-level, licensing, and sponsorship agreements, and the delivery of esports programs - ensuring partner satisfaction while coordinating across cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality experiences. This hybrid role combines external and internal responsibilities: you will act as the bridge between our partners (such as game publishers) and EFG's internal project and execution teams. You will plan programs, define scopes, coordinate stakeholders, and ensure that our esports production, operations teams, and subject-matter experts (SMEs) are fully briefed and performing to plan. Ultimately, you will help ensure contracts are executed favorably, partnerships align with commercial goals, and that partners remain highly satisfied with EFG's delivery - becoming long-term promoters and customers.

- Program Management: Oversee the execution of all contracted deliverables, such as tournaments, marketing initiatives, or community activations. Track progress against timelines and KPIs, troubleshooting issues that arise, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery. Provide leadership with guidance and intervene as needed to resolve issues.

- Strategic Alignment: Work closely with internal teams (production, operations, marketing, legal, talent and player management, SMEs, etc.) to align on partnership deliverables and timelines. Make sure EFG delivers on all commitments as promised, maintaining a high level of quality and professionalism. Facilitate kick off meetings and regular check ins.
- Business Development: Pursue new business opportunities within the esports and gaming industries. This includes pitching EFG's esports solutions to game publishers and identifying opportunities during execution to improve outcomes or propose new ideas that delight the partner. Maintain strong relationships to ensure long-term satisfaction.
- Contract Negotiation: Support contract negotiations with game partners, securing terms that meet both the partner's needs and EFG's financial and strategic objectives. Ensure all deals are compliant and in coordination with Legal Counsel, Finance and Data teams.
- Documentation & Reporting: Coordinate with Project Management to maintain documentation for each program (project plans, deliverables SOWs, change requests, etc.), ensuring continuity and clarity for both the partner and internal teams. This also includes workback schedules, post event debriefs and lessons learned to improve future programs.
- Industry Representation: Represent EFG at industry events, and partner meetings. Uphold EFG's values when engaging with senior stakeholders in the gaming and esports industry.
