Job Description

TTM Healthcare are proud to partner with our client in the to recruit for a Temporary Administrator in Cork.

Location: Cork City

Position: Administrator

Hours: Full time, Mon-Fri (37.5 hours per week)

Pay: €21.17 to €28.52 per hour depending on previous verified experience

Contract: 4-8 weeks temporary cover

Available for an immediate start

Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and organised General Administrator to provide day-to-day administrative support and ensure efficient office operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • General administrative duties and office support
  • Filing and maintaining organised records (electronic and paper)
  • Creating, updating, and managing Excel spreadsheets
  • Data entry and maintaining accurate records
  • Supporting document preparation and reporting
  • Handling emails, calls, and general correspondence
  • Scheduling meetings and managing calendars
  • Assisting with ad hoc administrative tasks as required
Requirements
  • Previous admin or office experience
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel
  • Good attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong organisational and communication skills
  • Ability to manage workload and meet deadlines
