HOURS: Full-time - 35 hours per week
WORKING PATTERN: Our work style is hybrid, which involves spending at least two days per week, or 40% of our time, at one of our offices stated above.
ABOUT THIS OPPORTUNITY
You'll join a collaborative, agile environment where you'll leading engineering teams empowering them to design and develop both frontend and components of modern applications. You'll work with cloud-native technologies, microservices, and CI/CD pipelines to deliver high-quality software that makes a real difference.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
Inspire and guide engineering teams, empowering them to design, build, test, and deploy modular, cloud-native applications and APIs.
Champion cross-functional collaboration, working closely with Product Owners, Architects, Quality Engineers, and executive stakeholders to align technical delivery with strategic goals.
Drive architectural decisions and technical governance, ensuring scalable, secure, and maintainable solutions.
Integrate seamlessly with internal systems and third-party APIs, delivering smooth and intuitive user experiences.
Shape engineering strategy and innovation, influencing the future direction of our platforms, practices, and ways of working.
Mentor and develop talent, cultivating an inclusive environment where engineers can grow, thrive, and do their best work.
WHAT YOU'LL NEED
We're looking for engineering leads who are adaptable, curious, and passionate about building great software!

Leadership Experience
Proven ability to lead and grow engineering teams, shape technical strategy, and influence cross-functional collaboration.
Frontend Development
Experience with frameworks and libraries such asReact,Next.js,Redux,Vue.js, orAngularis highly desirable.
DevOps & Cloud
Experience with CI/CD tools such asGitHub Actions,Jenkins, orHarness.
Familiarity withDockerfor containerization andKubernetesfor orchestration.
Exposure to cloud platforms -Google Cloud Platform (GCP)preferred,
butAWSorAzureexperience is also welcome.
Quality Testing & Automation
Experience with automated testing tools likeJest,Cypress, orPact.
Commitment to writingreliable,maintainable, andwell-testedcode.
