Java Backend Developer/Spring/JEE
Project: We are seeking an experienced Java Backend Developer for a long-term mandate to join an established team within the research environment of a leading insurance company based in Lisbon, Portugal.

Tasks:
* Design and develop IT projects as part of client assignments and internal initiatives
* Design, implement, and maintain IT applications with a focus on cost-effectiveness and feasibility
* Take technical ownership and responsibility throughout the development process
* Define, plan, and execute assigned tasks as structured work packages
* Work in parallel with internal development teams to ensure alignment and timely delivery
* Contribute to both client-driven and internal project development activities

Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in computer science or business administration
* Min. 3-5 years' of experience as a Java software engineer (JSE/JEE or JSE/Spring)
* At least 3 years of experience in projects using Spring as the primary Back End technology

Languages:
* German: Fluent (C1)
* English: Good (B2)
