Java Application Architect

We are looking for an experienced Java Architect to work within our development teams, handling client-assigned projects.

We expect the candidate to be not only highly technically proficient, but also to have proven experience managing a group of Java developers, defining and assigning their tasks, as well as organising code review activities, managing merge requests, releases, deployments, etc.

The candidate must also demonstrate excellent skills at various levels:

• Ability to abstract in order to propose improvement solutions for an existing application, but also to design and architect new developments while respecting standards and technical stacks.
• Understanding of business needs and defining a coherent architectural vision across all covered areas
• Ability to integrate into an existing team.
