A highly successful IT and telecommunications services company based in central London is currently recruiting an Onsite IT Enablement Coordinator.
In this role, you will be responsible for carrying out a variety of technical and co-ordination tasks to meet, or exceed, customer requirements, supporting project managers and leading projects.
The ideal candidate should have strong ICT infrastructure knowledge, excellent English and Japanese communication skills, and the ability to work independently.

Onsite IT Enablement Coordinator Main Responsibilities:
Work on-site at customer premises, as a secondee, as an integral part of their team
Support leading project manager in projects by assisting in planning, implementation, operations, and user support
Lead and manage projects in area of expertise by supporting at various stages, including planning, implementation, operations, and user support
Evaluate projects, conduct risk assessments, propose improvements
Contribute to the expansion of current business to new areas
Establish good relationships with colleagues, vendors, and customers
Work independently and multitask, and lead Enterprise Solutions projects and opportunities
Deal with customer requests and understand their expectations and solve them
Attend customer meetings for project or maintenance contract work
Maintain relevant customer maintenance documentation
Coordinate with 3rd party suppliers or other internal resources for trouble resolution
Produce ad-hoc reports on customer issues as required
Travel to their office and customer offices throughout EMEA for business purposes
Maintain their Security Policy, keep all customer information according to the policy

Onsite IT Enablement Coordinator Ideal Candidate:
Knowledge in solution business with a wide range of ICT technology, especially in ICT infrastructure and security
Excellent communication skills in English and Japanese is mandatory
Independent worker capable of completing tasks with minimal management involvement
Strong time management, multitasking, and organisational skills
Knowledge of Power Automate and Power BI, and ability to educate users on tools
Capability to coordinate internally for user training opportunities, including preparing internal briefing materials and planning the approval process (e.g. determining the sequence of approvals and how to collect user feedback)
Ability to refine training content based on user feedback
Ability to develop and maintain solutions independently
Skill in supporting development while closely engaging with users
Intermediate-level knowledge of Office applications, Box, and Copilot
Ability to anticipate the basic skills users may require
Ability to plan, deliver, and collect feedback on user training without delay
Skill in creating short instructional videos (experience with ClipChamp)
Basic knowledge of security and infrastructure (M365, Intune, Active Directory)
Ability to perform operational tasks under the direction of a team leader, following predefined procedures accurately
