Strategic Planning JAPANESE speaker - What You'll be Doing:

• Manage and promote strategic projects and programmes across the EMEA region, focusing on Securities-related initiatives.
• Plan and implement strategic policies to improve governance, operational efficiency, and regulatory compliance throughout EMEA.
• Lead safety and soundness efforts across EMEA branches, offices, and affiliates, including crisis management during disasters, terrorism, and pandemics.
• Serve as a key liaison between the Tokyo Head Office and EMEA entities, managing communication, coordination, and negotiation in Japanese and English, including interpretation as needed.
• Support senior management and cross-functional teams in developing corporate communication strategies, brand initiatives, facility management, and strengthening alliances and collaborations.

Skills Needed to Succeed:

• Native-level Japanese proficiency (written and oral)
• Strong understanding of banking and financial industries globally and regionally
• Proven experience in strategic planning and business development, with a track record of building and maintaining relationships
