Job Title: IT User Acceptance Tester

Location: Brighton

Contract Type: Full-Time, On-Site with occasional off-site flexibility

Duration: 35 or 48 weeks (TBC)

Start Date: ASAP

Working Hours: 37.5 hours per week (Monday to Friday)

Pay Rate: £183.75 per day (PAYE)

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced IT User Acceptance Tester to support the implementation of a new Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS) using Clinisys WinPath 7 and the ICE Order Communications System.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for the new LIMS (WinPath 7) and ICE integration

Validate functional and technical requirements are met

Execute test cases, log results, and report issues or defects

Collaborate with IT, clinical, and laboratory teams to support smooth deployment

Ensure the new system meets operational workflows and regulatory standards

Essential Skills & Experience:

Strong knowledge of Clinisys WinPath 7

Experience working with Laboratory Information Management Systems (LIMS)

Understanding of ICE Order Communications Systems

Solid background in IT testing methodologies, especially in healthcare or pathology settings

Strong attention to detail and communication skills
