Job Description

We are seeking a Systems Analyst to provide day-to-day operational support across our IT systems, infrastructure, and cloud services - with a particular focus on our Microsoft 365 environment and user support, alongside contributing to our cyber security best practices and system integrity initiatives.

This role will work closely with internal teams, external support partners, and technology vendors to ensure systems remain secure, reliable, and fit for purpose.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Systems Support & Administration
  2. Provide technical support to end-users across head office, workshop, boutiques, and remote teams.
  3. Manage and administer the Microsoft 365 environment, including user accounts, Exchange, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, and device security policies.
  4. Support troubleshooting and maintenance of business applications, including Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, POS systems, and integrated third-party services.
  5. Cyber Security & Compliance
  6. Support the implementation and monitoring of cyber security best practices across the business.
  7. Administer security tools, including multi-factor authentication (MFA), mail filtering and Anti-Virus software.
  8. Participate in vulnerability management, incident response coordination, and system security reviews.
  9. Help maintain system documentation, asset registers, and compliance records in line with IT policies and data protection regulations.
  10. Project Support
  11. Assist with IT infrastructure upgrades, cloud service migrations, and new system rollouts.
  12. Coordinate system testing, end-user training, and post implementation support.
  13. Collaborate with external IT support providers on escalations, service improvements, and ongoing system enhancements.
  14. Process & Documentation
  15. Maintain up to date documentation of IT systems, configurations, procedures, and security protocols.
  16. Support the continuous improvement of IT operational processes and incident management workflows.
Skills & Experience Required
  1. Proven experience in a Systems Analyst, IT Support Analyst, or Desktop Support role, ideally within a retail, luxury, or manufacturing business environment.
  2. Strong hands on experience supporting Microsoft 365 environments (essential) - including Exchange, Entra, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive.
  3. Solid understanding of cyber security fundamentals - including access management, endpoint protection, MFA, secure cloud configuration, and vulnerability management.
  4. Exposure to, and understanding of compliance standards such as PCI and GDPR
  5. Experience supporting Windows 10/11, Active Directory, Mac OS, iOS, Print and network technology.
  6. Familiarity with ERP systems (Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central desirable but not essential).
  7. Strong problem solving skills, customer service mindset, and the ability to work independently in a fast paced business.
  8. Excellent documentation, organisational, and communication skills.
  9. Relevant Microsoft 365 or cyber security certifications desirable (e.g., MS 100, AZ 900, SC 900).
