IT support (with a passion for Web Development)

• Location: Brussels, Belgium (2-3 days on-site per week required)
• Language Requirements: Fluent in English (both spoken and written - mandatory)

Job Description:

We are currently looking for an IT Support Specialist who is open and motivated to expand their role towards Application Support activities. The ideal candidate has a solid background in IT support (hardware, software, general troubleshooting) but is also willing and curious to handle business application-related support tasks as part of their daily work.

We are looking for someone who has a genuine interest or passion for Web Development technologies (such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript or others), even if this is not a formal part of the role. You may practice or explore web development on your own time, as a hobby or personal project, but this will not be part of your official responsibilities.

Your Profile:

• Solid experience in IT Support (Level 1 & 2 preferred).
• Openness and willingness to perform Application Support tasks (user support, troubleshooting, functional issue analysis).
• A real curiosity or passion for Web Development - personal interest or side projects appreciated (but not required as a daily task).
• Excellent communication skills in English (spoken and written) - this is a mandatory requirement.
• Ability to work independently and proactively in a multicultural environment.
• Located in or able to commute to Brussels 2-3 days per week.

Nice to Have:

• Basic understanding or familiarity with Web technologies (HTML/CSS/JavaScript, etc.).
• Prior experience in application support or interacting with development teams.
