Job Description

Demonstrated expertise in modernizing traditional IT support teams by utilizing the Microsoft cloud ecosystem to create automated, self-service solutions

Experience with tools such as Azure Automate, Intune Autopilot, and Azure Security Center is highly desirable

Successful track record of leading and managing a global remote IT desktop support team

Proven ability to design, develop, and enforce support processes and operational standards

Competent in PowerShell scripting to automate routine tasks

Hands-on experience supporting desktop environments, particularly Microsoft Windows operating systems

Familiarity with Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI) technologies and platforms

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Customer-focused mindset with demonstrated collaboration skills working effectively with peers, management, vendors, both onsite and remotely

Experience in developing and managing budgets related to IT support functions
