Job Description

IT Support Engineer - Sheffield, Yorkshire £26-29k + bonus and great benefits

A leading multi-site organisation is seeking an experienced IT Support Engineer to be the first point of contact for all IT support issues. You'll handle helpdesk management, first-line support, escalations, and provide assistance across Microsoft 365, bespoke applications, and hardware. This is a hybrid role (min. 3 days in central Sheffield), offering exposure to a modernising tech environment and a supportive IT team.

Key Skills & Experience for this IT Support role:
  1. Prior IT support/service desk experience
  2. Microsoft 365, Active Directory, networking
  3. Hardware troubleshooting
  4. Basic understanding of cyber security
  5. Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  6. Relevant IT qualifications (e.g. CompTIA A+)
Package Includes:

£26,000 - £29,000 DOE + bonus
