Job Description

We are looking for an IT Support Engineer to join a global Semiconductor industry client of ours. This role focuses on providing hands-on IT support across hardware, software, networking, and end-user services, ensuring smooth daily operations on-site while collaborating with global IT teams.

Requirements:

* MBO degree

* Experience in 1st and 2nd line IT support

* Customer-friendly and service-oriented mindset

* Fluent in Dutch and English (Dutch is mandatory)

* Knowledge of hardware, software, and network troubleshooting

* Experience with ServiceNow or similar ticketing systems

* Experience supporting lab and tool PCs is a plus

* Must live within commuting distance.

Responsibilities:

* Manage incidents and service requests via ServiceNow

* Install, configure, and decommission end-user devices

* Provide data migration support

* Coordinate remote support with global IT teams

* Perform network patching and basic debugging

* Maintain inventory and stock management

* Provide printer support (toner, drum, waste replacement)

* Support audio/video systems in meeting rooms

* Assist VIP users with technical issues

* Support site-level IT projects and deployments

* Provide support for labs and manufacturing environments

Details:

* Start Date: 1st of August 2026

* Duration: 12months +

* Location: Nijmegen, Netherlalnds

* Working Hours: On-site, 5 days per week (8 hours per day between 08:00-18:00)

* Contract Type: Freelance/contract
